Cecadian – who’s name means “strong one” – is known for being a fierce warrior, a great military leader and commander of the Rainios Military Base. He and Octavius have been close friends for several decades and Octavius considers him as a younger brother. Cecadian’s personal discipline is an inspiration and example to all.
